Canadian Anti-Racism Film Festival, Vancouver 2019

This was the fourth annual and national Anti-Racism Arts Festival that took place in Vancouver in 2019. This free festival inspired, taught and featured local artists to use creativity as a catalyst for change. All were welcome to participate.  The festival took place during February and March of 2018 in Vancouver. This is because February is Black History Month and in March takes place the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. There were several events that took place during the festival including the 48 hour film challenge, poetry night, dumplings+ workshop, tea & stories workshop and the film screening night and awards.
