Red Carpet Anti-Racism Film Screenings take place on International day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination

A big congratulations to everyone who participated in Canada's very first 48-hour-Anti-Racism Film Festival! Thank you to the folks who entered in the challenge and poetry jam, and everyone who came out to watch them perform on the poetry night, as well as the red carpet screening. This was our very first year organizing the event. It took a LOT of effort and many nights staying up late. It was a complete non-profit initiative and a lot of people helped make it possible by volunteering their time.

The result was spectacular. We had a total of 15 incredible films and we awarded prizes to three winners. We hope next year will be bigger and better!
