Canadian Anti-Racism Film Festival
The concept behind the Anti-Racism Film Festival began in 2015. We were looking for a way to spark conversations about racism in Canada while making it something engaging and educational. This is where arts play a major role. This festival travels to a different city every year in order to inspire, teach and feature local artists to use creativity as a catalyst for change. We've held numerous arts events during the festival such as film challenges, language and cooking classes, live painting and digital arts competitions, educational sessions and so much more.
Although we are the founders of this festival and help the organizations involved to the best of our abilities, it is normally organized and run by the local community. Contact us if you'd like to host the festival in your city. We'd love to help! |
