Call for equal enforcement of mask bylaw in Alberta, regardless of race

After videos show police in Alberta handling non-compliance contradictorily, CityNews spoke with our Board Member Chad Haggerty, who says the incidents continue to show differential police response to mask-mandate incidents demonstrating, at best, a subconscious bias.
